We manufacture entire range of swaged poles confirming to IS: 2713. We have all required testing facilities and machineries like hydraulic swaging machines, strengthening and welding machines and has facilities to produce poles upto 16 meter and thickness up to 12 mm. The swaged poles are manufactured completely in-house starting from manufacturing of steel pipes, swaging unit, painting & galvanizing.

POLE FOR AERIAL OFC
VPL India poles comes with strength and stability to withstand torsional stress offering minimum wind resistance and perfect elasticity to take all kinds of shocks, cyclones, thrust line breakages, etc.
Aerial OFC steel poles are designed and customized to meet the versatile demands of architects, engineers, planners and more for power distribution, illumination, signage and other diverse needs.
The standard poles for aerial cable installations are galvanized steel poles of the sizes 7 & 8 meters. The Steel poles are tabular in design and shall be swaged.
FEATURES
Wind load: Due to the curvature of the surface, the wind load is only about 60% of the total flat surface.
Strength: The uniform distribution of metal in the cross section of the tubular poles provides the same strength in each direction.
